WE'RE STILL KISSING LIKE CRAZY...

It's Day Three of the 2014 New Year's Kisses Party!

I'm SO excited about the excerpts being featured today. I've read three out of the five books, and actually just downloaded a fourth. These writers are amazing women that I'm proud to call dear friends. I guarantee you'll thank me if you give any of these books a whirl.

And of course, there are more chances to enter the contest for winning amazing prize packages...

INSTRUCTIONS: Answer the question after each kiss in the comments below (comments will be screened) for a chance to win one of three massive selections of romance and erotica ebooks, plus $GCs, and more! **PLEASE LEAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR FACEBOOK PAGE WITH YOUR ENTRY.   **Though all answers will be pre-screened so we don't give away answers early, please note that whatever e-mail address or Facebook page that you post WILL be public.

Find out details of prizes here.

You only need to answer ONE set of FIVE questions--I'll do two sets on 12/31, one set on 1/1, and two more sets on 1/2--at the New Year’s Kisses Party to enter the draw, but every set you enter gives you another chance of winning these great prizes. Please indicate after your answer if you’d rather win m/m prizes, m/f prizes, or a mixed batch. Leave blank if you have no preference.

Good luck and enjoy those kisses! Excerpts are predominantly m/m and m/f with some ménage and transgender. We proudly swing all ways.

YOU CAN ACCESS ALL THE KISSES ONCE THEY ARE POSTED AT THE INDEX PAGE HERE.

Kisses are hosted by Tara Lain, Angel Payne, and Kay Berrisford

EXCERPT ONE: Worth the Risk by Anne Lange

She tried to pull out of his grasp. He held steadfast, closing the distance until his chest grazed hers. He pinned her to the tree.

“Please. Let me go.”

“I want answers.”

“I can’t—”

Standing this close to her, for the first time in years, her heart beating a rapid flutter against his chest did wild things to his body. His heartbeat sped up, sweat popped out on his forehead, and his cock hardened to steel. He dropped his gaze to her mouth. Her lush lips parted, warm breaths blew out in little spurts, fluttering against his neckline. He knew he shouldn’t rush this, but no way could he stop.

“I want the truth. I suppose I can wait a little longer if you’re not ready. But I do have something I need to give you.” He hesitated, questioning his intention. Screw it. “I’m sorry, but I can’t resist, and you’re too desirable.”

He bent his head low, paused, and pressed his lips to hers. It should have been gentle, but it wasn’t. Unless she pushed him away, or told him no, the need to kiss her was vital, her taste essential. She stilled. He tensed, expecting her to do just that when she raised her arms and placed her palms against his chest. He held his breath, his body trembling while he waited. A heavy sigh escaped her mouth, and she curled the tips of her fingers into his shirt. With a soft whimper, she lured him closer, leaning into his body, taking his kiss.

A flood of emotions strangled him—anger, relief, basic sexual need. Pressing his highly aroused body solidly against hers, he flattened his palms against the tree on either side of her head. A moan rose from his chest. He swept his tongue inside her mouth, dueling with hers. He touched the soft insides of her cheeks and the smooth surface of her teeth, absorbing her unique essence, which was even better than he remembered. He drew back to lick along her bottom lip, placing small kisses at the corners, and then dove back in for more, angling for a closer connection. A sense of urgency began to build. God, he’d missed this.

QUESTION ONE: What does he flatten his palms against?

EXCERPT TWO: Dangerously Inked (Part of the Midnight Ink Box Set) by Eden Bradley

He pulled her body in tight to his, and it was exactly what she wanted. Oh yes, exactly. His body was solid all over, the hard ridge of his erection pressing into her stomach. Jesus, she’d never felt a wall of muscle like this man. And he held her so damn tight she could barely breathe.

He buried a hand in her hair and yanked back once more, his mouth on her throat demanding compliance. And she gave it, gave in to him. She couldn’t help herself.
She gave. Let it all fall away, until there was nothing but her and him and sensation. She gave it all up for the first time in her life. And forgot for the moment to be scared of anything.

Her mind was emptying. She felt too good to care. To question that she didn’t.

Finn’s arms were crushingly tight around her, and there was a safeness about his grip on her that was something like being bound in the chains around her waist.

Crazy.

Crazier still when his mouth hovered over hers.

“Roison.”

“Mmm…what?”

“We didn’t fucking negotiate kissing.” His voice was rough, edgy.

“No.”

“You’re saying no?”

“I’m saying yes.”

He paused.

“Finn…kiss me, God damn it!”

“Christ, girl,” he muttered before crushing her mouth with his.

Oh, it was good. His lips were hard and soft at the same time, his big hands wrapping her up in their grasp. She opened for his tongue and it slipped into her mouth like silk. She sucked it in, released it so he could explore. And Lord, the man could kiss. If she hadn’t been wet before, she was soaked now. Needing.

She pulled against the cuffs, wanting to press closer, but his hard body was already tight against hers, and she could feel his erection straining.

Yes, please…

She was going to fucking beg him for it.

He pulled back so suddenly she would have fallen had she not been chained up.

“God bloody damn it, girl.” He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.

“What? I…Finn?”

“No. You’re fine. You’re fucking amazing, is what you are. I just need to…get back on track. Take a breath. Both of us.” He ran a hand over his spiky hair while she tried to adjust to what had just happened. He was pleased with her—he’d said so. But he was obviously trying to get things under control again.

She didn’t want him to.

QUESTION TWO: What didn’t they negotiate?

EXCERPT THREE: Rhythm Of My Heart (the third book in the Speed series) by Jess Dee

Her eyes twinkled and she popped the chocolate between her lips.

She didn’t chew it. Not immediately. Rather she left it in her mouth. To melt?

Zachary had no idea. All he knew was now that the candy was in her mouth, he couldn’t avert his gaze.

Again he stared at her, bewitched.

Her eyes closed and she let out a soft moan of pleasure.

“Good?”

Eve’s “Mmmmm” reverberated down his spine and echoed in his groin.

How the fuck could eating chocolate turn into the most erotic encounter on earth? Eve made it look like she was lost in the throes of spectacular sex. The woman had a chocolate in her mouth, that was all. Yet the bliss on her face and satisfaction in her soft moan had Zachary hardening to the point of pain.

Christ, he hoped no one noticed.

She chewed, her red lips a beacon to his gaze.

He wanted to kiss her, wanted to mold his mouth to hers and taste the pleasure on her breath.

Yeah. Not going to happen. Not here, in a room packed full of curious eyes and cameras.

“If you carry on chewing like that—” Zachary’s voice was a low growl, “—like you’re about to have an orgasm, I am going to throw you under the table and eat every last bit of you.”

Eve’s eyes popped open, and she swallowed quickly. “You know it would be way simpler if you just ate the truffle?”

“Maybe. But it wouldn’t taste half as good.”

“You know what you are, Jonah Speed?”

Aroused? Frustrated? Horny? “What am I, Eve Andrews?”

“A first-rate, grade-A flirt.” She lifted a second truffle to her mouth and licked it. Those cherry-red lips of hers framed the milk chocolate, and her tongue was just visible, dabbing at the treat.

The roomful of curious eyes and cameras faded to insignificance. Sound faded too. The chocolate and Eve’s lips were his sole focus. His sole desire.

With one hand, he plucked the saucer from her hand and set it on the table. With the other he plucked her hand from her mouth and tossed the half-eaten chocolate over his shoulder.

Before she had a chance to object—and by the look in her eyes she intended to object, vehemently—he yanked her against him, bent his head and kissed her.

Just claimed her mouth with his, taking advantage of her surprised gasp to slip his tongue between those cherry-red lips and sample the chocolate she’d just licked.

Jesus, fuck. She was right. The chocolate wasn’t just good. It was delectable. Mouthwatering. It blew his mind. And he hated chocolate.

Eve sagged in his arms, as though she’d turned boneless. He hauled her closer, molding her to his body, squashing the rose between them. Her soft curves pressed tight against his firmer bulk. She clutched at him with one hand, grabbing his arm, squeezing it, then slowly letting her hand skim up over his shoulder until she buried it in his hair.

Her tongue drifted over his, toyed with it. Tasted him like he tasted her. And damned if it wasn’t the sweetest, hottest kiss Zachary had ever shared.

He kissed her harder, lost himself to the creamy, rich flavor of Eve and chocolate.

The chocolate had nothing on the woman. Couldn’t compete with her.

Lights flared against his eyes. Once, twice, a million times. Fireworks? From a kiss? That was a first. Not surprising though, not with the way his body reacted to the kiss, but a first.

Fu-uck.

Sanity returned like a sharp slap.

Those bursts of light weren’t fireworks at all. Not even close. They were flashes. Camera flashes. Tons of them.

QUESTION THREE: What kind of flirt is Jonah?

EXCERPT FOUR:  Star of Bethlehem by Sarah Daltry
Buy it here now

I toss his clothes into the back and watch him dress. He’s amazing. His chest, his hands, his hips, everything about him. But most of all, his eyes. I love looking into his eyes, because he’s always on alert with me. It’s something I’ve noticed around him. When we’re just hanging out, there’s a natural sadness, although it’s almost a numb sadness, that glazes over his eyes. Yet every time we make eye contact, they blaze to life, as if he’s breathing after being underwater for ages.

“What?” he asks. His pants are still around his knees, because he can’t seem to pull them on without getting out of the car.

“I was just thinking about how sexy you are.”

“No,” he says. “Serious face.”

His serious face is adorable. I didn’t think there was any way Jack could be adorable, but the face he makes… it’s like a little kid mimicking an adult, but it just looks absurd. And so cute I want to kiss him.

“Stop it. Even your serious face makes me want to kiss you.”

“Kissing is okay. But you stay there,” he says.

He leans through the seats and takes my face in his hands, bringing his lips to mine. The kiss is sweet. After the steamy, sweaty, intense sex we just had, it’s amazing that he can kiss me with such purity. He doesn’t even use his tongue. He just lets his lips open slightly, taking my bottom lip between his, and he flutters against my mouth. It’s the most sensual thing he’s done – and it’s completely innocent. I don’t know if I’ve truly felt how much he loves me until this kiss. It’s trusting, and he’s asking me to take control of it.

I sigh into the kiss and his hands brush up my cheeks and through my hair. My thoughts earlier, about Derek, about worrying if I would feel the same in a year, they seem foolish right now. How could I ever feel anything but this? How could there ever be anything but this?

QUESTION FOUR: What does she think of Jack’s serious face?

EXCERPT FIVE: Captured Innocence by Kennedy Layne
Buy it here now

Lauren knew what he was going to do before his hands ever cupped her face, but for the life of her, she couldn’t speak or move. No protestations fell from her lips. Maybe somewhere deep down she wanted this to happen to prove that there was no chemistry between them. If he kissed her and felt nothing, at least he would leave her alone to rest in peace and suffer in silence.

Connor’s warm lips covered hers and all thought fled. Her mind shut down. Her pain receded. His hands tilted her head, giving him more access. Lauren felt his tongue glide across her lower lip, as if asking her to part them and let him inside. She granted his request and a burst of coffee and mint exploded onto her tongue. He playfully dueled before seriously exploring and caressing her mouth. The kiss was unlike any other. He slowly pulled away and she wanted to whimper.

QUESTION FIVE: What do Lauren’s thoughts do?
