A: If you could visit any period in history, what time frame would it be and why?

The west in the 1800s. Loved those rugged cowboys.

A: This is a Launch Party for my new book, “Trade Winds,” where I make NO secret about my love for waterfall sex. *Grin.* So spill: what’s your fantasy outdoor sex fantasy? Perhaps you’ve already written it? Which book was it in?

For me? The scene in Downstroke where Dallas and Charley make love at night under a tree by a creek. Every cowboy I write? I want him naked outdoors like that, having wild sex with me.

A: What are you looking forward to seeing or doing the most this summer? Any summer rituals or traditions you’d like to share?

My biggest deal, I think, is the 4^th of July Celebration at Luckenbach (remember Waylon and Willie?) Otherwise just hanging out on my back porch with my cats and writing. And drinking lemonade spiked with Jack Daniel’s.

A: Do you use music for inspiration? If so, what gets your motor running for what scenes?

Amazed by Lonestar is a personal favorite. The lyrics are so descriptive I can just visualize them and it puts me in the mood. Otherwise, depends on what I’m writing.

A: Same question, only apply it to movie and TV stars. Who’s on the top of your hottie list right now?

OMG! Everyone teases me about this but I do my best writing to reruns of Walker Texas Ranger. Go figure.

A: What’s your astrological sign, and do you think it fits you?

Cancer, and yes. Absolutely.

A: When was the last time you cried, and why?

Ready for this? When I listened to Heart of the Appaloosa, a song about the Perce Nez war, the killing of the horses and the regeneration of the breed. I cry every time I hear it.

Pizza or burgers? Pizza. Always, always.

Pie or cake? Hmm. Pie, by a slim margin

Snickers or Milky Way? Snickers.

Vickie’s Secret or Freddies of Hollywood? Oh, Freddie’s. My late hubby thought they had killer stuff. Must be true. They worked!

The Rock or Vin Diesel? Vin Diesel

Tooth extraction or pap smear? Geez! Kill me now! Tooth extraction, I guess.

Awesome foreplay or mushy post-coital cuddle? Awesome foreplay. If it’s that awesome the post-coital cuddle goes along with it. At least in my stories.
